21living place is a low rise apartment with 5 stories 63 rooms. It is located in Soi Chawakun (Chawakun alley), 70 metres from the main street. The area is safe, quiet, and easy for transportation which meet the needs of all residents. You can enjoy socializing with new international friends; however, it maintains a spacious and uncrowded atmosphere.
1st Floor is the place for office, customer working space & conference room, PC, scanner, coin laundry. When checking in law requires guests to fill out gorverment form. For long stay, guests get discount but may require some deposit.
Guests need provided smart card to access into property, building, floor, and to your room. Room design on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th floor is almost identical; the differences are bathrooms. On the 2nd and 3rd floor, all bathrooms is shower room but the 4th and 5th is bathtub. More, rooms on the 5th Floor are high roof and carpet.
Furnished, studio 25 sq.m., single & double beds, air conditioner, refrigerator, digital lock, smoke detector, water sprinkler, in-room safe, Wi-Fi, 32" LCD TV, local channels, BBC, Discovery.
All units have private bath with water heater. Rooms on floors 2 and 3 has closed cabinet shower room. Whereas rooms on floor 4 and 5 has bathtub.
Room cleaning, bed sheet & towel change three times a week at no additional cost and required.
Only monthly rent is required for one month deposit. The deposit will be returned on the checkout date or one day before. Fully refundable deposit for normal use.
If customer is not happy with our place and services, customer can cancel the contract within the first 1 day of checking in to receive a full refund.
